This gives you an impression of the site. It is big, with a number of buildings - and this does not include the stadium. In this view we are looking south from the north entrance to the site.

It can almost feel like a park.

View; April 1986.

The Philippeion. Honored Philip (father of Alexander). ca. 338BCE
Wildflowers; mid-May, 2012.
More wildflowers; mid-May, 2012.

A stream at the west edge of the site. This is not the Alfeios, rather it flows into that river beyond the visible end of the photo.

A winter photo, water levels are low.

At the north end of the site. The Prytaneion, perhaps?

Near the south end.
