Tinos Prygos
An interesting village in the west of the island. Click on photos for the big view. All photos taken October 1998.

Prygos is about 27km by paved road from Tinos Town. The town is a small artistic center. Two simple museums of sculpture are there along with the School of Fine Arts at Prygos.

Also of interest are the prevalence of small carvings adorning the houses as lintels and placed over windows.
