Drive or have someone take you to the top of Mt. Prophet Elijah. You can also walk up the 500m hill if you like. This photo looks north. The airport is to the right, Fira on the rim in the left-center. The narrow white horizontal band to the left and slightly above Fira is the city of Oia.

Try not to take pictures of the NATO station up there. There is a church on top as well, but is only really used for the annual festival for the prophet.
